"We spent a week exploring the area ourselves and a day with each realtor. Lake Coeur d'Alene was nice but the drawbacks were the homes on the lake all required traversing anywhere from fifty to seventy five steps to get to the waterfront, also the area was a bit to commercial for us. The realtor that showed us the area gave us the feeling we were not serious and just looking kind of a let down. She made the entire process effortless which was helpful when putting the sale together from thirteen hundred miles away.
